30 Minute Air Fryer Garlic Herb Pork Chops
As I sit here typing this I am hungry, and trying to see who I can con coax into cooking me something. I could definitely go for some of these Air Fryer Garlic Herb Pork Chops with some mashed potatoes on the side. Maybe some green beans or corn. Yum! Any takers in readerland? No? Darn. Well, these pork chops only take about 30 minutes to cook and just a few minutes prep work, so I think I can handle the task myself.
30 Minute Air Fryer Garlic Herb Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 Boneless Pork Chops
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Plain Bread Crumbs
- Cooking Spray
- 1 Tbs Garlic Herb Seasoning (I used Kingsford)
Directions
- Coat pork chop in beaten egg.
- Roll pork chop in bread crumbs completely covering the pork chop. You can either do this on a plate or in a Ziploc bag.
- Repeat by dipping in egg and bread crumbs.
- Place on air fryer rack & spray pork chops with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 375 for 25 minutes.
- Flip and air fry for an additional 5 minutes at 375.
- Serve & enjoy.
