Light & Delectable Air Fryer Pumpkin Turnovers
Autumn is my absolute favorite part of the year. By this time, I am absolutely ready for the summer cool down, that glorious respite that comes in the fall air. Some of the tastiest foods take their thrown this time of year, as well. From Hot Apple Cider, to PSLs, I am ready to indulge in all of the abundantly flavorful tastes of the season. Today, we are highlighting all things pumpkin with these decadent, yet light, Air Fryer Pumpkin Turnovers.
Light & Delectable Air Fryer Pumpkin Turnovers
Ingredients
- 15oz Can Pumpkin Pie filling
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Spice
- 1/3 Cup Milk
- Puff Pastry Sheets
- Icing [of your choice]
- Cooking Spray
Directions
- Lay out the puff pastry & cut into 4 squares.
- In a large mixing bowl, add pumpkin, egg, milk & pumpkin spice & mix well.
- Place one large spoonful of pumpkin filling on the corner of each square. You don’t need too much! A little goes a long way.
- Fold into a triangle shape & press edges together with a fork.
- Spray with cooking spray.
- Place in the air fryer and fry for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Remove from air fryer and add icing.
- Serve & enjoy!
